CHADI MATNI
Chairman and General Manager
Chadi has extensive experience in Real Estate and Investment Banking. He started his career with BNP Paribas in Paris and then moved to Deutsche Bank in London. He then relocated to the GCC countries where he worked with MFC, the Investment Banking arm of Dubai Islamic Bank, NBD Investment Bank in Dubai and QInvest, the Investment Banking arm of Qatar Islamic Bank. Chadi worked on several Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity/ Debt Capital Markets in different sectors (mainly real estate).
Some of the deals/projects Chadi worked on in Real Estate include:
- Acquisition and management of a Real Estate portfolio in Elancourt, France (value: EUR 60m)
- Management of a large Real Estate portfolio in France (value: EUR 320m)
- Acquisition of a five-star hotel in Kazakhstan
- Sale-and-leaseback for a large corporation in Qatar
- Advisory services for a large real estate company in Qatar
Chadi holds a Civil Engineering diploma from ESIB-USJ, Lebanon, and a Master's Degree in Finance from HEC Paris, France.
RABIH NEHME
Project Manager
Rabih's expertise encompasses the fields of civil engineering and contracting. He started as a structural design engineer with BECT-Engineer Michel Chacar & Partners – Beirut where his main projects included:
- 140km road in Cameroun, including: hydraulic structures, minor and major bridges in reinforced concrete
- Students dormitories of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) / built-up area of 4,000 m2
- Faculty of Science at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) / built-up area of 20,000 m2
- Broumana-Baabdat road.
He then moved to MAN Enterprise contracting company where he worked on several major projects in Beirut-Lebanon, Khartoum-Sudan, and Tripoli-Libya as follows:
- City Mall – Dora – Lebanon
- Habtoorland – Jamhour – Lebanon
- Presidential Villas compound – Khartoum – Sudan
- New American Embassy Compound – Khartoum – Sudan
- Al Waddan Hotel – Tripoli – Libya
Rabih holds a Civil Engineering diploma from ESIB-USJ, Lebanon.
YOUSSEF EL HELOU
Procurement Manager
Youssef has ten years of general contracting experience. He started with Man Enterprise in Lebanon as an estimation officer, and then moved to Man Sudan in Khartoum and worked as a site engineer and Estimation Manager.
He later joined Man - Libya in Tripoli as a Procurement Manager.
Youssef holds a Civil Engineering diploma from ESIB-USJ, Lebanon.
